The GenePath Dx custom manufactured reagents (Research Use Only) can be used to design sensitive multiplexed qPCR reactions. Fluorescence detection channels supported include FAM, HEX, Texas RED and Cy5 or equivalent filters. In addition, GenePath can manufacture corresponding synthetic plasmids to control for reagent quality.

- DESCRIPTION: Single tube, multiplex RT-qPCR kit for the testing of SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A and Influenza B
- SAMPLE TYPE: Nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal, nasopharyngeal + oropharyngeal, or nasal swab specimens.
- REACTION VOLUME: 15 μL
- LIMIT OF DETECTION: SARS-CoV-2 – 0.5 copies/μL, Influenza A – 1 copy/μL, Influenza B – 10 copies/μL
- WORKFLOW: Uses the ‘UNG/dUTP’ system to minimize the risk of PCR carry-over contamination and includes the human RNAse P gene as an endogenous process control.
