Reports To: Operating Officer

Basic Purpose

To develop, recommend & implement HR Strategy & policy in support of business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Policy Development: Develop recommend & implement HR Strategy & policy in support of business objectives
  • Manpower planning & Talent Acquisition: Design structure recruitment policies, planning, procedures & retention strategy
  • Compensation & Benefits: Advise & execute comp & Benefit, Pay strategies
  • Learning & Development, Talent Management: Develop & undertake internal Training calendar, prepare budget, Supervise in-house Training Programs
  • Performance Management System
  • Performance Appraisal Reviews: Taking subsequent action from appraisal interviews
  • Ensuring total compliance with all company policies and government regulations.
  • Performing any other tasks as assigned by the leadership

Expectations – Candidate should meet or exceed the following expectations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound understanding of HR practices and processes, preferably with previous startup, SME experience
  • Working with payroll team on salary and expense disbursements etc
  • Motivated to setup systems and manage change

Educational qualifications

  • Ideal: Qualified HR MBA preferable

Work Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in difference HR functions preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
